Shipping Timeline
After receiving your payment, we will process your order within 5-7 business days. Once your tracking number is emailed to you, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

Package Condition
While we take great care in packaging your items, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in perfect condition due to USPS handling. If your items arrive damaged, please let us know so we can improve our packaging standards.

Customer Responsibility
Once your package is delivered to the USPS, the risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; Black Label Lipo is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses and will not issue refunds or replacements in such cases.

Stolen Packages
Black Label Lipo is not responsible for stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS.

Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you will receive a photo confirmation of your packaged items along with a USPS tracking number sent to the email you provided. This ensures a smooth purchasing experience.

Please note that during holiday periods, shipping may be delayed. If you do not receive an update on your package within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Return and Refund Policy
In the event that you receive the wrong item, please email us and include a picture of the unopened item. A return shipping label will be sent to you for the return of the item(s), and the correct item will be sent as soon as it is received.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us with the following information: your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item. On a case-by-case basis, replacements are sent out immediately.

Black Label Lipo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact U.S.P.S. to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once you have completed that step, please reach out to us via email, and include the information provided to you from the U.S.P.S. and we will file a claim on our end, in order to expedite a replacement based on our discretion. We will always work with you to ensure that your expectations are meet within reason.

IF YOU HAVE A DESCREPANC INVOLVING YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY WITHIN 72 HOURS VIA EMAIL AT SUPPORT@BLACKLABELLIPO.COM. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING AND YOU MUST CONTACT THE USPS IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN INDEPENDANT CLAIM.

Due to the nature of our ready-to-administer products, we cannot accept returns, or exchanges, on any syringes received by our client, whether used, or not. The product will need to be shipped back to our office with a letter of explanation as to why a refund is requested. Once a decision is made, a store credit will be issued.

If you have used a Buy Now, Pay Later, you will be responsible for notifying them.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
